Randolph "Randy" Spires

Randy is one of the original founding members of Voodoo Salami.

In recent years, Randy has learnt to play the Guitar and now provides additional supporting sounds to the band, especially during their live performances.

Leroy Gabriel Stargazer

Leroy, or "LGS" to his friends, took over the reigns as the Lead Guitarist for Voodoo Salami in 2006 following the acrimonious departure of founding member Vincenzo Spitteri.

Leroy's ostentatious playing style matches perfectly with his flamboyant dress sense, and makes for quite a spectacle during live performances.

Chuck Jägermeister

Chuck is one of the original founding members of Voodoo Salami.

Jesus Smith

Jesus joined Voodoo Salami in 2006. Whilst nominally dubbed a Rhythm Guitarist Jesus in recent albums has stepped up to take a joint lead role alongside Leroy. This can be heard to great effect in our current Album "Clownmaster".

William "Raving" Ravensburgh III

William joined Voodoo Salami in 2011 following the departure of founding drummer Dick Slaughter.

William has a strong pedigree in Rock & Metal drumming having featured as a session drummer for the likes of Celtic Frost, Voivod and more recently for Mötorhead.

Lay-Z Dave

Dave has been involved with Voodoo Salami since the early days, providing ad-hoc Keyboards and other electronic effects for the odd track here-and-there, as well as live performances. However it was only in 2009 that Dave was formally inducted into the band line-up as a permanent member.

Other hangers-on

From time-to-time Voodoo Salami call upon the services of the following people, either in the course of making yet another extravagant studio album, or to provide extra support in their live performances:

  1. Nancy Killjoy - A one-time female backing singer, Nancy happily answers the call-of-duty when we need some female vocals. Nancy now has her own band and is joining us for a few dates on our current tour.
  2. Zane Clarke - for his Flute and Saxophone awesomeness.
  3. Johnny Westinghouse - For when we really do need an extra Guitar!

Those who have fallen

Former band members who have made a significant contribution to our success:

  1. Vincenzo Spitteri - An epic and talented Guitarist. Founding member and tortured soul, his ego nearly ripped the band asunder in 2005 during the recording sessions for "Drowsy Skydive".
  2. Dick Slaughter - Our original, and founding, Drummer. Dick took the decision to quit the band in 2011 following a long period of illness. We wish him well in his recovery.
